Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at velouraoutfit@yahoo.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the item you would like.
