Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (United States)

• Items shipped from our US warehouse: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
• Items shipped from our international warehouse: typically 8–15 business days after processing.

If your order contains items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays can happen during holidays and severe weather. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order if it is lost.
