30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.

Final sale

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
